Account information: when you register, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password.
Profile information: an optional display name, bio, and avatar image you choose to provide.
Content you submit: Mii names, descriptions, tags, and images you upload.
Usage data: basic interactions such as views and likes, used to power features like trending and "Mii of the Day".

How We Use Your Information

To operate the App: authenticate you, display your content, and provide core features.
To moderate content and keep the community safe (see our Terms of Use).
To respond to your support requests and content reports.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking in the App.

Data Sharing

Content you submit (such as your Miis, display name, and avatar) is publicly visible within the App once approved. We use reputable infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and image storage) solely to operate the service; they process data on our behalf.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account and content until you ask us to delete them. To delete your account and associated content, email tomo-support@ideogram-4.com and we will process your request.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
